Not a Cloudsofvapor supporter

I have read quite a few forms here saying they love cloudsofvapor products and service. I don't think they are lies but I would question the date of their purchase.

So far for my first time purchase I only wished to get a iAtty2 since Feb 2012 pre ordered since Jun 6/2012 8PM cloudsofvapor's preorder date and claims on shipping to US on Jun 12/2012. I asked if newly built iAtty 2 comes with window version (stock) and difference between Penelope and iAtty2; multiple times through phone and email for weeks and no reply.

In my honest opinion this kind of business practice makes me feel unsafe. I have not had this kind of service for many years and even then a report to BBB or warning to company gets a response; sad but that's what it takes. I had to put 1 order of each the iAtty2 and Penelope for Clouds of vapes wont respond so Im stuck to find out myself. End result so far as of June 18/2012 not even a tracking on Prilority mail cheapest option 3USD. (cloudsofvapor site claims there will be tracking number given upon shipping). I fear for a trap and lost of near 300USD. I got email receive but no show for product thus far, however all far game should be by the end of this week if as cloudsofvapor claim;by Jun 23/2012

If reader choose to understand what's a good company and rule model for other companies please read on.
To speak for my own review only and will be provided with honest truth. Im not and endorsed with free goods or work for these company in anyways. Provape is the best company of them all I have encountered for ecig. Cecilia tirelessly answered all my email and Im shamed to say must be 10 of them. All answered and resolved to the fullest extent of satisfaction. (Send free shipping labels too for the unknown error to be mailed towards ProVari) 300 dollars well spent and credits to ProVape well deserved. You all know how well the products works out. aka Holy Grail. In addition to another company, I never forget Dave too from Super T Manufactoring detected what could be displeased customer on email and went outta his way found my profile just to call me. He tried I refused Dave's offer not his fault. (I made a mistaken order that will not be compatible with Provari).

I am sorry for the confusion and any info that was not updated to you.

The Manufacturer told me when to start the pre-order. And I will get the goods I hope late this week to start shipping.
I am happy to give you a refund if you want. It's totally up to you.

As I mentioned in the other post, I have totally revamped my CS and if you put in a ticket it will be answered. Tickets are the best way.

I will personally be responding to any and all CS tickets that come into Clouds of Vapor. It is my job to answer and solve any and all problems that occur. We did just revamp our CS support to this ticketing system because we specifically did not want customers to feel out on a "lurch"...

So I apologize for that, the change over was just recent.

Dear Jason and Bruce,

In all honesty I wish to try out your product both the Ody and Penelope. The order is placed on June/6/2012 and processed on June/7/2012. To this day of writing June/22/2012 all I have been told is be patient and it's Imeo's fault for not providing the goods to COV. As far as I know Ody is out of listed products now. How long would my account be charged and resulting no show for products purchased? Patience over a product cost of $233.39 and must cost additional of a month waiting? I just state what has happened, you tell me how was one supposed to feel about this, because Im speechless!

Bruce, if you are a vapor and wishes to truly resolve this matter. Then understand that I choose vaping for a better path to quitting/replacing the need of cigarettes. Refusing to buy more problematic disposable atomizers and cartos has led me back to smoking. I need something built with quality, durability and reusable. So refund to resolve the issue is defiantly not what I wanted. I would like to have the products shipped to me and currently still looking for wires to rebuilt Ody and Pene when it comes to rebuild. Cost not no even 40 bucks MSRP. If you wish to show care here is what I thought please show me?

For those who checked back should know about this update with COV. Forgive my grammatical error it's done in bullet form to cut down time to read.
Pros
- Despite the problematic ticket system which misplace orders/support request before. It is now fixed. Justin will be on the standby to take your concerns should you have any. (Allow 1 business day)
- Bruce is willing to take and step back to understand the customer needs in order to satisfy/rectify the issue FULLY.
- As you see Im not varied member which means Im harder to find yet Bruce still took the time and managed to find me and followed up. I'd say that's care for his business and his supporting customers.
- Fair price for quality product
Cons
- Imeo is a pain for not considering his supply date for his suppliers.
- Heating wire can be a hard to find in local store one must try online.
- Pain of waiting to see the pre order and final shipment. (Note I can only review for myself and this could be very well once only case. Please refer to 1st bullet regarding Imeo GG product producer)

I am not paid by the company if you dont already know so I have no need to rub anyone's back. Post updated are true and honest. Consider the wait time on the fault of product producer I will rate overall experience of 4.5 towards COV. (cloudsofvapor). I would definitely recommend anyone looking for quality product and trusted supplier to take look at COV.
