Not a good first impression so far.....

The current carts and juice that I have right now are too strong. So, I was needing to order something with a lower nic level, because the headaches, racing heart, and associated heartburn are a bit too much to handle at the moment. After looking at JC and PS, I decided to order with these guys on Monday. I ordered the sample pack on Monday, and was told via email that my order would ship out within the next 48 hours. That works out great, as I go out of town on the weekends, and ordering it from someone only a 3 hours drive away from here should guarantee that I have it before the weekend.

I check on this today, and find out that it may be another 48 hours before it is shipped out, instead of the 48 hours that I was told it would be. That's very dissapointing and frustrating to hear that an order placed on Monday from a place only 3 hours away may take a full week to be delivered.

What is your order number? There's a good chance that your order was in fact shipped Monday or Tuesday and we just haven't sent the shipping confirmation yet. If you give me your order number I can tell you when it was shipped. Lately, we've been shipping orders same day or at the very latest, the next day, since we haven't been receiving as many orders due to our stock shortage.

For the record, everything got here just in time for the weekend, and the juices were all very good.

@ kgonepostl - why? Everything made it, all in good shape. Casey and Mrs. Cash were helpful in keeping me updated. I can be impatient (like a kid getting a new toy), but asking for a refund for an item that did arrive, and that I enjoyed - that's a bit childish.
