I thought about it for a while and thought everyone should know about my expierence with ecigexpress.com. I had made 4 orders from them. 3 of them were good, I even had a slight problem with one and they corrected it in a speedy manner. That is why I continued to use them. The 4th order, not so great. I ordered 2 batteries and 4 of their 3.5ml xpressomizers, 3 with an LED and one with no LED. The day I received the package, which was very quick, I filled the first of 3 clearos with LED. While I was filling the clearo, the plastic tube shattered into about 10 pieces leaving my hand full of sharp objects and juice. I ran to the sink, washed off everything, threw out the broken pieces of plastic and kept the internal parts. Went to the second clearo with LED. Inspected it better this time, filled it and started vaping. After about 4 to 5 pulls, crack, the same thing happened. Washed it off, and did the same. Went to the 3rd, and same thing. The batterys and the clearo without LED are working great. I contacted ecigexpress and opened a ticket the same day the package arrived and told them of my expierence. During the 3rd business day after the ticket was open, with a weekend in between I still had not heard from them. I contacted their online live support where the women told me they were really busy and I should hear from them today, but if not, no later then tomorrow. I did not hear from them that day so in the middle of the next day I contact live support again. I was told by the rep that my case was sent to the owner of the company and was assured I would be contacted today. With a half hour to go in the business day, still had not heard from them. I contact live support once again. I was told this time that the owner and manager had agreed that they would replace 1 of them. I asked why 1? They said because I did not return the items. I told them I was never instructed to and would gladly send them back. They told me that they had to be in full and since I threw out the broken pieces of sharp plastic pieces covered in juice, they could not honor a full replacement. If they had responded to me quickly I probably could have fished out of the trash the broken plastic but it had now been 6 days later, trash was taken away. I am not happy with them and they will not get my business again. Just wanted to let you guys know.
