I've been a loyal customer of Frank's since I began vaping, without ever using another supplier. I am more than understanding about the move, progress and all. But...I am not happy as of late. And the concern began before the move commenced.
It started off with some extra batts I ordered. Ordered manual, received automatics. I let it slide because they were the same price and still serviceable. But then with my last order, I ordered 2 more manual batts, got them no problem. One worked awesome, the other would not recharge. I sent Frank an email 12 days ago about it, and within the 1 week warranty period. No reply. Sent another email after I saw him posting here again. Again, no reply. With more posts since then. But I received nada, zip, zilch in the way of communication.
I've sent him business, including a wholesale opportunity for a local store. But alas, nothing. I'm upset, and feel I have a right to be. With no phone number to call, and no answer to emails, this is my last resort. Chances are good I will no longer order from Frank. It's unfortunate because I was a loyal and faithful customer.
