I've been a loyal customer of Frank's since I began vaping, without ever using another supplier. I am more than understanding about the move, progress and all. But...I am not happy as of late. And the concern began before the move commenced.

It started off with some extra batts I ordered. Ordered manual, received automatics. I let it slide because they were the same price and still serviceable. But then with my last order, I ordered 2 more manual batts, got them no problem. One worked awesome, the other would not recharge. I sent Frank an email 12 days ago about it, and within the 1 week warranty period. No reply. Sent another email after I saw him posting here again. Again, no reply. With more posts since then. But I received nada, zip, zilch in the way of communication.

I've sent him business, including a wholesale opportunity for a local store. But alas, nothing. I'm upset, and feel I have a right to be. With no phone number to call, and no answer to emails, this is my last resort. Chances are good I will no longer order from Frank. It's unfortunate because I was a loyal and faithful customer. All I wanted was a brief email saying "Hey, I'm on it, just behind for whatever reason."

Had a great conversation with Frank and have completely resolved all outstanding issues. Sounds like he is back on track again after his move and I am really very impressed with his customer service and his products. The Elegant Easy he sells (uses 808 cartomizers) has been our "go to" ecig for both my husband and myself when we want the most satisfying vape. Its also one of the sleekest, best looking ecigs out there. We are also finding his cartomizers first rate and they are quickly becoming our favorites in performance and flavor. Give Cigeasy and Frank a try...highly recommend.
