I would suggest to anyone to go to US Plastics and order their bottles. They have pretty much anything you could possibly want and you can buy in bulk. We get everything except 30ml from them. We do a lot of DIY so it's worth it to us.

I hope this gets worked out, the OP deserves to either have what he purchased or a refund. Once it's resolved one way or another then he could ship back what he received and maybe trade the postage amount for additional bottles or a juice or something. There's definitely better ways to handle this than to stop selling bottles all together.

what was missed in all of this was the emails I personally received from the op of this thread. I invite any of you to attempt to 100% positively please every person out there. Bottom line is my people already sent him replacements yesterday. Someone made a human mistake. If any of you are above making mistakes please come work for me we need the help.
Pamela and I work extremely hard to please as many people as we possibly can. But we are human too. No one likes to be stomped on by someone just because they feel they can do it. This thread is closed.
