Not sure what you would call it but it says I have saved x amount of dollars ect.Is it something you download that keeps a running total of when you stopped smoking and how much money you have saved.Thanks

It's called a signature. If you see one you like, you can click it (since you already have 15 posts) and get your own with your own money saved stats. Then you have to go into your profile and add it.

I wont use one myself because I don't see how these banners can be accurate. These banners do not take into account every price for all types of tobacco nor do they compare the cost you spent with e-cigs.
