First let me tell you all that I've been vaping for a while and have delt in some way or another with most of the major suppliers here and while most offer good and great customer service NOTCIGS is by far and away the best of them all. They are the standard that all others should strive to even come close to. My Infinity died and I sent an e-mail to to them and it was answered back so fast it made my head spin, I was told send it in for RMA repair. So I did and I sent it so they would get it the next day and I'll be damned if the very same day they recieved it I got an e-mail saying it was fixed and being shipped back out to me with the postal tracking numbers. The only way the service could have been better is if they were psychic and showed up at my door and fixed it at the same time it failed.
NOTCIGS is beyond Amazing and the Buzz and Infinity are the two best products out there.

My only dissapointment is that Mike wouldn't take my kids as payment on a pre order for the new Pro version thats comming out soon.
