I have been looking at multimeters. I like that because it seems so simple. But I would still need the kind with the leads to test atty's right? I have seen them for all different prices. Don't know if spending more is needed. I just keep waiting to get one because I am so unsure that I will get a good one, and one that I can use.
mine broke.. Be careful these break easily.
ya it does seem fragile how did you break it ?
Well, first off I knew it was fragile so I was very careful with it. I was unscrewing or screwing it in, I don't remember which one, but like I said I was being careful, and all of a sudden one of the metal leads just popped off.
I still got it to work when pressing the lead by hand onto the right spot. BUT, at some point I must have had the lead to far down and it collapsed my Grand spring..
I've since bought the multimeter from CloudsOFVapor, same as the madvapes one. And it's much sturdier and you can even screw an atty on top to see the voltage under load.
Just be gentle with it and you'll be fine![]()
I've got one of these and have a question about it.
Usually when I put a fresh battery on, it comes in at 4.2v. All last week I was using LR 2.0 atomizers and noticed that they voltage under load was all over the place. Is there a quick and simple equation I can run to figure out what my voltage "should" be under load?
