Today I charged my first ego c twist. Connected my first Vivi Nova. Nothing is happening at all. No vapor. Nothing.
OK How do I know when the ego is charged? Charged 4 hours. Surely even if not fully charged something should be happening. Must be something basic I am missing. You click the button 5 times in a second and a half. Anything else? Should the button stay on?
Any help is appreciated.

hi, switched. i have spit a MANY a drink all over my computer screen reading your post. you my friend, are a hoot. thanks for all the giggles you have given me.

the problem was, he is new to vaping. he came from using a auto volt and he was confused about the operation of a manual battery.

we have ALL been new to vaping at one time or another so i am sure all of you can understand confusion can creep upon you in a split second.

once he understood the differences between the auto battery and a manual battery, he was GOOD TO GO.

just needed a little knowledge pow-wow about his current gear.

let us know if you need help with anything tnash.

LOL just read this after all the comments. Hey what can I say? New is new. I wondered what that pesky button was for ! lol

Reminds me of the old "do you have your computer plugged in?" troubleshoot question.lol

Hey, atleast it wasn't a serious issue. Sometimes youtube is a great resource for operation/cleaning/troubleshooting on ecig devices ... among other things. I'd highly recommend checking out some vids to better acquaint yourself with the ego.

Once upon a time I got a new ego type battery, that just wouldn't work, so I e-mailed the vendor from whom I had received it to see about getting a replacement. He asked my if I had clicked the button five times to tun it on? Doooh! I felt quite stupid at that point of course. In my defense though my first and only batteries were Riva batteries, and don't have the five click feature.
