Noticed a lot of out of towners

Curious, as this is a SC based subforum, I've seen an increasing number of posts by people from entirely outer-SC areas, and various different states.

I'm not complaining, but i am curious how they ended up here, i remember trying to visit another subforum a bit of a while ago and couldn't go in or post because i wasn't a member of that group or whatever.

Did ECF change the rules? Anyone got the low down on this story?

I noticed tha same thing, you know when i see a new person i check where they r from and it's not SC. i was able to post in different gropus about the meet also, and didnt have to join them??!! hmmmmm.
