Notifications that someone replies to my thread?

Forgive me if it is an easy setting, but I'm trying to find out how I get notified if someone replies to my post? I just joined and the only way I know now is to view my own posts to see if anyone replies. A manual process. Please help this vaping noob! Thanks

Just above the thread title, there's 5 buttons - Linkback, Thread Tools, Search Thread, Rate This Thread, Display - click on "Thread Tools" and select "subscribe to this thread"...this will take you to your settings controls. From there, you can select how you are to be notified of additions to the thread, by email or via your control panel/PM.
