I've placed 2 orders from DIY Flavorshack. Initially for diy flavors, the second for pre made. One of the pre-made was based on a no nic sample I'd received with my first order. When I got it, it just didn't taste the same, so I called and spoke with George, he talked with Dawn and they said they'd make it right. This was last Thursday evening late, by Tuesday I had a package with a new bottle, another bottle with no nic and a diy flavor only to add to the bottle they initially shipped.

They didn't have to do this, THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, no questions asked, no excuses, they genuinely care about taking care of their customers and I'll be one for a long, long time! Thanks Dawn & George, you are awesome! PS, Can I order this by the gallon now?

I'm a repeat customer but my orders are not as large or as frequent as I would like due to financial considerations. Dawn's mixtures are my favorites and while I'd love to order more, no matter how small my shipments are, I receive the same great treatment and customer service. Thank you both!

on the weekend is when i catch up on orders so if you order today (which was yesterday) it wont go out until monday im afraid. I have been doing god on shipping normally the next day or 2 instead of 6.... for processing. i have a great team in place now.

I had the same problem with the larger bottle not tasting the same as the delicious sample. I probably put Dawn through hell that week with bugging her about it but she fixed it quickly.
