Nudenicotine order not shipped

I placed a black friday order from nudenicotine.com and have not received my order yet. I notice their website is down. I have emailed them and have not received a response yet. I have read many good reviews about them. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I know that they are busy with black friday orders but the site not working has made me nervous.

I placed a black Friday order too, just got shipped this morning. I'm still waiting on a couple other vendors to ship my BF orders, fairly common to wait longer this time of year, especially with newer vendors who don't anticipate how much a sale can increase orders during holidays.

Site seems to be working fine for me.

I do know that they were super slammed by the black Friday sales. I placed an order and have already received it. There was a slight glitch in what I received (one item was missing). However, they responded via email and apologized as well. They cited the large sale and offered a free sample as well.

Shoot them an email or call (number is on the site). I will bet they will take care of it for you.

Maybe they did just underestimate just how slammed they were gonna get.

Just looked at their website and basically it says they are working day and night and have hired help to get all the orders out.

So, yeah, they underestimated.

Mine was shipped today, I got an email. I'm sure yours will ship soon. I think they were just swamped. According to their site:

Heck, I placed an order with MBV (Mt. Baker) on Black Friday and haven't received it yet.

That is not a complaint. MBV is well-known for their incredibly fast shipping. But between Black Friday and the winter storm that affected much of the country last week, lots of items have been delayed.

5ml Passionfruit Coconut Creme (concentrate)
15ml Patchouli Vanilla (concentrate)
free bottle of Apple Pie ala Mode

Picture quality isn't that good, but as you can hopefully see, the passionfruit tube is about 1/3 full, and the vanilla is completely full (MVP thrown in for size comparison).
Doesn't this seem like a lot for 5ml & 15ml concentrate? I'm not complaining! But wow, I guess I'm all set to vape all the Patchouli Vanilla & Passionfruit Coconut Creme I want for quite a while at the suggested use of 2.5% - 7.5%! Free Apple Pie was a nice touch too.

I also ordered from them the week of Black Friday, and it didn't show up until 2 days ago. They did send an email with tracking information the day it shipped.
Have you checked the status of your order on their website?

I have emailed them and have not gotten a response. I understand that things are very busy this time of year. I was only curious if anyone else has had the same problem. The fact that many of you have received your orders has me feeling better.

Same story here. Ordered on BF, and received my order on Monday. Still waiting on my BF order from Fancee Juice, and we are in the same state??

I would say that it is because of the amount of traffic everybody got on BF.

I placed orders with several vendors that had 50% of deals the week of BF, and they all took a long time to get here. I am sure they were swamped with orders. At 50% off I am more than happy to wait a few weeks.

I thought I would update you all. I finally got my email today that my order has shipped. It took 2 weeks and an unanswered email but I did get it for 50% off. I just want to reiterate that I understand how busy many companies are during this time of year. I don't want to come off as though I am unsatisfied or to badmouth nudenicotine. Actually I have found their prices to be great, even without the discount. I will make sure to inform you of the quality when it gets here. Thanks everyone for the responses.

I got the same Apple pie sample, and it does not say it is flavoring, or "recommended use at..." Typically flavorings do not come with any nicotine mg listed, my sample bottle has a 0 mg 100vg listed on it. either way i'll prob not touch it as i don't care for apple ><
