I was just wondering if there are numbers on how many people there are vaping in North America. How quickly is this whole thing growing year over year? Inquiring minds want to know

That's a question I've been puzzling. I never heard of vaping until I saw a guy on Stossel talking about it. I don't know if I have every seen anyone vaping. I see plenty of smokers. Then again, vapers have no reason to huddle around the front door of office buildings.

Searching around the 'Net, I see some studies showing smokers who try vaping switch in big numbers. The number of companies popping up to sell vaping gear suggests it is a booming market. I saw somewhere a sales figure of a million units in the US. With roughly 45 million smokers in the US, vapers are a distinct minority of a distinct minority.

But we are a growing movement, and it gets bigger every day.
And we are starting to make some waves.

We are having some success in getting various bans shot down...

And we are poised and ready to fight for reasonable regulations as we move into the tobacco world.
And CASAA.org is leading the way, because they are us, and we are them.

If everyone knew the history of how CASAA was born, and the effect they have had, all vapers would be inspired.
And inspired is what we all need to be.

The battles we have won so far, as vapers, are quite amazing.
But there are many more battles coming, and we all have a duty to help.
