O ring on Kanger Protank Mini

Does the Kanger Protank Mini have an o ring on the base? I received two in the mail today and neither one have an o ring. The pictures that I've viewed show it to have one.

My mini protanks were both missing the gaskets that fit on the base of the units. Thanks to the great customer service at Viper Vapes, I should be receiving the replacement bases in the mail soon. Thank you viper Vapes!
