Got a few old rda and rta need an oring or 2, I found packs in harbor freight but not much good although they have ~20 sizes inside, wondering if anyone has a good, quick idea for packs of many sizes of orings for our application, from Drip Tip sized to cap sized and all In between

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you want decent quality orings that are decently priced and will arrive this week, not next month, I recommend to buy them from US sellers.

I've used oringsandmore.com but there are other places.

They really are better quality than Fasttech orings. The higher cost is negligible and shipping is very reasonable as they ship first class mail - free after $15.

If you don't know what sizes you need, well, you gotta get a set of digital calipers. That should be in almost every vaper's toolbox IMHO. That you can just get from Harbor freight if all you're using it for is vape measurements.

No, the automotive ones are all too thick in my experience. Ecig stuff uses a lot of 1mm thick ones.

Dang, thanks all! Yeah auto orings are mostly useless, but harbor freight prices... Yeah I have calipers but I need a lot of orings, and for future needs some kind of assortment seemed nice

The problem with assortment is that a lot of them you won't be able to use. So the best thing to do is sit down some day when you have the time and measure all your orings for the tanks and RDAs you have, record the sizes you need and just order those sizes from domestic sources. IMHO.

I also don't trust HF for stuff that will touch my juice. Everything I have ever bought from HF smells like rancid machine oil !

The O-ring store has technical information on their site, such as chemical resistance, temperature ratings, and shelf life. In their section on elastomers, it seems like Silicone would be a good choice. In another section it indicates that silicone has an unlimited shelf life.
It also indicates that some selections take 4-6 weeks to fulfill. If you're stocking up, this wouldn't be an issue.

Silicone O-Rings FDA (VMQ)
Silicone O-Rings / VMQ: In the Silicone family, you will find compounds which are superior as static seals in extreme temperature conditions. Standard compounds handle operating temperatures -85º to +400ºF. Silicone compounds are popular in food and medical applications because they are very clean and do not impart odor or taste. Special Phenyl silicones can be used down to -148°F.

Operating temperature: -75° to +400F°
