OBS Crius II RTA

the crius II is the best all-round tank i've got at the moment. for flavour, draw, build deck (rayon works great in the large juice holes with all the builds i've tried)...i switched back to one of my nanos a couple of days ago and quickly went back to the crius II.
i haven't had any leaking issues with it but still trust the engines on a mod more i think. got another on my wishlist and it'll be gotten net month. only thing i'd like changed is a slightly bigger capacity but that's just a niggle.
OBS are producing some great stuff at the moment.

Did you try vapecrawler.com? Great engine for finding gear and price checking. FT Zeus has finally landed in IL.

I did and am only finding Chinese sources and one US source that doesn't have the color I want. ElementVape does - maybe they will have a free shipping deal for Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I can't find it anywhere domestically except for ElementVape and the other one with just blue, silver, and black. I have two that FT has shipped so it hopefully won't be a long wait. I am glad you got your Zeus.

Don't have it yet, still in Chicago. At least it's close. Loving the one I do have.

Yes - Element Vape has the colors in stock, but very pricey- and a few other US sites only have the Black and the SS!
I agree with you about FT- they had a 10% off sale a few days ago and said that the rainbow Crius 2 in stock, but my luck would be put on a delay - I have had that happen before and had to wait almost a month for them to get back in stock! FT seems to be the only site besides Element Vape that carries the Rainbow.
My newest love is the Ample Pixy RDTA- no leaks , vapes great, doesn't get hot for a dual coil, and no mess to change the coil or wicks as the deck sits above the liquid tank! I want to message Ample FB to see where I can get the White and Rainbow- I have not found those for sale anywhere but they show pictures of those! FT has the black, and may order that is I cannot get the White or rainbow!

Element Vape has a sale that started last night. It is one of those deals where you get X amount off the more you spend. It might be worth it for me if I decide to get a Therion 165 - I have to mull that over for a day or two.

Iv looked at this tank for a while, and havent got it out of my head. So im really considering buying it since i want some more gear. Allready got the engine nano, and quality seems to be great but i struggle to get much flavor. But i like it.
But im considering trying tank with bottom airflow before trying out rdta etc.
Does it leak?
Other options i should consider before buying this tank?

I love my Crius ll tank- awesome flavor- easy deck- I had very minor occasional leak, but rewicked a little heavier and no leaks! Much better flavor than the Nano- but I love the Nano for absolutely no leaking!
Another really good single coil tank is the GeekVape Zeus RTA- I got mine a few days ago and am loving that tank too!
I am loving the Ample Vape Pixy RDTA, easy dual coil deck, easy to wick, no leaking awesome flavors!
They also have the Skelly, but I love my yellow pixy! Now I want the black and SS!
I do not vape any higher than 35w on any of these tanks.

Happily vaping away on the Crius 2 that @SnapDragon NY generously gifted me. Threw a 3mm 6 wrap tri core fc in it and flavor is very good. So far no leaking.

Besides the flavor and overall ease of building I love the Crius' fill method, which I think is an improvement over the Nano. No liquid drops on the RTA after closing the port anymore

I thought maybe I just got lucky the first fill, but knew the second time they seemed to have fixed it. So far I am enjoying the rta. Bottom af still has me a bit jittery tho. Have on the Hugo 133 until I trust it not to leak.

Of the two, which one is more suitable for MTL vaping? I have the Nano, but it's just a bit too airy for me. I like Kayfun 4 and am always looking for similar vape. Kayfun 5 is doable, but also a bit too airy for me.

Until now my Crius 2 did not leak a single drop. And it has seen a lot of use.

In my opinion neither one is suitable for MTL, if the KF5 is already too airy for you.
