Are you off work right now CES? I wish I got more vacation time. The pay is good but the vacation time sucks.

That's fine, just go ahead and brag it up. Maybe you could loan me a week? Really it's not a big deal this year because after all the expenses with my oldest this year, it's probably gonna be either a road trip to see my family or a staycation this year.
Nope- I finally made it to work. I was running late.
I have lots of vacation- but rarely more than a week a year around the holidays. For now at least, hours over a certain amount roll over into sick time.

I have to at least take a personal day this month, or lose it.
If my brother comes to visit I'll take some time, but otherwise i'm not likely to even take much of a staycation. It always seems like there are deadlines, or too much to do to think about taking a chunk of time of for no real purpose. And My second job is part-time with no benefits- so if i take time off from that one I just don't get paid.

Starting this year we lose any days not used, company policy. It was nice when I traveled overseas to get paid as I could roll over my days. You can bet I'm using them up this year.

It's probably a good thing I don't have as much time as you PT. Part of my salary is commission so if I'm not at work then I'm not earning any commission. However, if I work my .... off when I get back then I can make up some of it.

As for that vaca time well that's one of the only perks I get at work. 2 weeks a year!

I only get two weeks also OTD. It's a small company and if everyone had four weeks then it'd be tough to run the business. There would always be someone off.
