The beasties and I took our walk this morning (2.5 miles, already too hot to jog even a little). Cut some plants back beforehand, and moved a couple hostas. Other than a load of laundry, I'm done for the day. Gonna read books
That's a long walk CES. My dog never goes anywhere near that far. Maybe a half mile or so.
I'm afraid that my Father's Day may turn into a work day. We are going over to my FiL's house later and he's trying to install a new outdoor outlet. I've got a feeling that I'm gonna end up doing it for him.
Hitt, i hope the outlet is straightforward and simple.
The beasties are pretty tired. We used to do the 2.5 mile routes a few times a week, but i got out of the habit several years ago and we're all older now. As i try to get back into it regularly, we usually just go the half mile to the park and back.
That's what a good son-in-law does on Fathers Day Hitt, install terlets for her dad!
Painting is done so now I get started on her next project, cat wall shelving.
Small shelves scattered about the walls so the cats have plenty of climbing, leaping and perching places (-:
I said outlet(receptacle) and not toilet you jokesters. I'll have to run wire thru the ceiling in the garage and over to the breaker box, install a gfi and then mount the box and receptacle outside. I don't know if he went to buy the receptacles and stuff or not so don't know for sure if we'll be doing it today.
OTD, there's gotta be something else in that house that still needs painting. Obviously you've got too much free time on your hands.
Hi Guys! Happy Fathers day to all the dad's! Hope you all enjoy the day. It's my only day off from work(again)this week,so I'm trying to take it easy. Bought some ribeye's to cook on the grill and may go out for ice-cream later. Really have to check posts later, looks like there has been a lot going on. Still doing the 6 day work week for a couple more weeks. On vacation 4th of July week. I am going to need it BIG TIME!
