I took off half a day to go to a funeral for my neighbor's father. Holy cow it's hot here. Feels like the sun could catch you on fire.
So i went to the grand opening of the local vape lounge last night. Turns out that one of the owners is the brewmaster from the microbrewery next door. Since the taps at the lounge aren't set up yet, the microbrewery donated beers for the opening. It was fun.
I was talking to a guy who'd brought a whole case of rda equipment - not unusual at a vape thing. He had two huge heavy mechanical mods with microcoils and 26650 IMR batteries. I asked what power he was using (many of these guys use very low resistance and vape at 20-30 watts) and he had no idea that you could figure out watts. So i asked him his coil resistance. He had no idea. He's got this collection of equipment but no ohm meter
Imagine large 20-something guy with tattos being gently schooled on basic battery safety by a grey haired middle-aged woman. Gotta love vaping. LOL.

CES, funny how I really don't stay up to date on most stuff here on ecf. But starting to run into more and more folks who vape, but still cant have a intelligent conversation concerning e-cigs as they have no clue whats going on.

That's the kind of stuff that scares me. Folks jump into vaping with no idea what they are doing. It only took one idiot using the wrong batteries to put Puresmoker out of business.

Welp, front lawn is edged and mowed, backyard is edged/trimmed. Now to decide.
Eat and nap and mebbe get the backyard mowed today or mow the backyard now and then eat and nap.

That's a tough one but I think I'd get the work done first and then relax the rest of the day. I mowed earlier today and holy cow it was hot.
LOL, well I opted for the nap first. Silly me. It's perty warm now but I'm headed out to do the mowing anyway (-:
Got the yard work done and also went for a walk. Very hot and humid today.

I got roped into running the wire and installing a gfi and outdoor receptacle. It was still really hot out.
