all we had this morning was a few drops shy of a drizzle, though we might have rain this afternoon.

While I was out trimming last night the wife came out and cleaned up some of the landscaping in the back yard and commented on how dry it was. I hadn't run the sprinklers back there in days. I've been trying to not get my water bill so high and have been focusing the watering on the front and side. The grass looked ok but I guess the dirt around our scotch pine and bushes was dry.

We had a little more rain today but not a lot.

It rained pretty darned hard here for a bit.

I hope the jerk who wandered into my locked lab through an unlocked connecting lab and stole a credit card and a small amount of cash from my purse got really, really wet when he left the building after getting caught trying to take a laptop from another lab. (My card is cancelled, so it could have been much worse.)

That really sucks CES. Does anyone know who it was? Maybe he got wet and struck by lightening on the way to his car.
