Good morning all! :)

Didn't you get the memo Mixxy?
We are done with posts that mention chickens AND OTD (-;

No! I must have missed that memo [evil grin] LOL!

Mixxy you are right. Bunnies, kittens, and OTD hugging chickens are cute.

Yes, and if OTD doesn't start behaving we'll have to include his hummers too!

Aaaargghhhh

LOL! Better watch out... you'll be gettin' a headache!

We took an overnight trip to our son's house to stay with his wife and kids while he is on a business trip.

I had use of his laptop, but for whatever reason, did not get any subscription notices from ECF and another forum of which I'm a member.

Anyway, back and cozy in our home and sitting at my desktop trying to get caught up on all the fun stuff!

Fran, am so happy to read that your roof is finally snow-less.

Glad your back home safe & sound with your desktop again! :)

Well,UGH. They have just upgraded our little Tuesday snow to 3-7 inches now. Ah well.it's still not too much.

Oh darn it Fran! How are we ever going to get you warmed up!?!?!?! :2cool:

Back from therapy!

This stuff is getting harder all the time......standing on a board about 3 ft in length which is mounted on rollers and having to slide from side to side without holding on to the bar.....yea, right!

That's what a friend of mine did to help his balance in preparation for learning to ride a unicycle... ;)

Wow, well that's encouraging because I told my neurologist that a goal of mine is to ride my bike, and that's when he suggested the therapy.

I'll be happy with my regular bike........I told dh I wouldn't be intimidated with training wheels........

Ah, the sun! Now it has to do its job and really beat down to at least 35o, eh?

On another note, I mistakenly bought unpunched cartos.

While I do have a puncher, I am not able to screw that dang thing tight enough to make the holes large enough; can just about puncture the carto.

Even my hubby had a hard time of it, so what's a vaper gal to do in this case......I don't believe we are both that weak......shoot, I can lift heavy weights at the gym, so what is my problem?!

At least you are doing it Gracie... good for you! I felt like such an idiot when I went to the rec fitness center yesterday! I've never been to a gym before in my life... and the machines there were totally overwhelming me! It's drop-in style (= cheap) so nobody to shows you how to use the equipment etc. I had this secret fear of getting on a treadmill and having it take off on me in HIGH MODE... and flying off the back of it, LOL! So... I started out on the bicycle... and by the time I got the nerve to try the treadmill they were all taken... so I did 7 miles on the bicycle... all the while watching everyone using ALL the machines, and how they work... so that next time I'll (hopefully) be more daring and try can try (at least) most of them, LOL! My other fear about going was that it would be only 20's, 30's, 40's and even 50's... way younger than me... and that I was going to be the only old bag (dressed in the wrong 'things' to exercise) was so happy to see only one young 'chick' in her 20's and the rest my age or older, dressed in most anything!
