I got into CC trouble what... 25 years ago I think.
So now I have a column in my budget/expenses spreadsheet for the CC to track every single purchase made.
If I don't have the money available for a purchase I don't make the purchase.
If I'd only had that insight 25 years ago..... silly ol' bag o' bones!

Isn't Sunday Fran's grocery day?
I ran up my CCs when i was in grad school and had no money. Then i paid a lot per month to get them paid off. I much prefer sending money to the bank instead of credit cards. If i tracked all my purchases at point of sale then i could probably switch over, and earn electronics points.

I don't know if I'd say I was in trouble with credit cards but was keeping a constant balance and made monthly payments like I was paying a mortgage. When I was younger I just thought of it as a regular expense. I'm glad I finally wised up several years ago.

Yep, when I was in College spent on the cards like they were giving me money. Obviously a lot more responsible now.
Had great weather today, the trip is finally coming to an end. Love it here, Ms. PT wants to buy a condo here. Planning to come back but have a few trips planned for next year we have to work around.

Boning up on mega doses of 'C' and hopefully, that should arrest this bug!
Looks like I'll be here through the 12th,so that won't give me too much time for prepping for Christmas.
I have a lot of vape gear with me, so I will put it in my checked baggage w/my juices in baggies and just carry an Ego type battery with the topper off.
I actually could have been fine just taking my I-sticks with me, but glad I took a lot of gear cause I was able to get my other niece on to vaping, so gifted a lot of gear.

I tried that with my sister on my last visit home. I gave her a new kit and a bunch of liquids but she really didn't take to it.

Have a safe trip back PT. I just saw that there was a bomb threat phone in on a plane from Barcelona (it's on the ground and all the passengers have been evacuated) , and i was hoping it wasn't yours. whew!

I took the dog out for her evening walk. Holy cow it was cold. It's 28 with a fairly strong wind. I need to find a pair of gloves that actually keep my hands warm. I've got some waterproof ones but my hands still get cold in them.
One of these days you have to leave Mrs.PT at home and take me! Sounds like you had a nice trip PT! Flower,hope you feel better soon.
What a day here in Mi! Got up to 60 today. Nice enough for me to hang the Christmas lights up. Last year I didn't even bother it was so cold and snowy! Had a string that did not work so I replaced it with a set of LED's I bought last year. Hate how it looks between the regular and LED bulbs,but wife and kids are ok with it.
Still haven't found a cheap stick,going to look for some cyber-Monday deals later.
