Official Boba's Bounty Review thread

I am so happy this thread was started. It sparked a loving relationship between me and my Boba's. I would have never ordered it if I didn't come across such a large thread about one flavor.

Has anyone tried AVE's C & D? I still smoke a few Marlboro Reds a day and I'm hoping the C & D I just ordered will stop that.

I really can't. Nailing "analogue" flavor is like chasing the dragon.
Vapestein has found heaven mixing TW Patriot range flavors into ecopure... you should probably email him.
TW Patriot Range is Halo flavoring I believe...? Ecopure is also really awesome VG like alien Visions.

One of my favorite "analogue" flavors isn't even an analogue flavor at all... it's Want2Vape's Creme Brulee. Tastes like a Marlboro red to me... but it's ALL SUBJECTIVE.

Alien Visions makes some awesome liquid... try the CD... maybe it will work for you.
PM Vapestein... or Kent C (Moderator).
ask the experienced.
Start a thread.
You'll get a lot of different ideas...

This thread makes me feel relieved. On another forum a few people (who's opinions I respect) convinced me to try BB. And they told me to just go ahead and order the 100ml bottle- said I would be sorry if I didn't. So I bit the bullet and ordered 100ml without a single taste LOL. Normally I only order samples, because there have been so many disappointing flavors (I have so many samples sitting un-used that I just refuse to ever vape again). I also ordered a sample of Gorilla Juice, and Irish Creme while I was there. But if BB is as good as everyone says, those other 2 might end up collecting dust while I go thru 100ml of BB LOL

I just came from the web site. I was intending, after reading this thread & all of the reviews, to give this juice a try, but when I saw that it is only available as 100%VG, I had to take a pass. Anyone care to convince me otherwise? I prefer my juices mixed at 80%PG/ 20%VG.

Do you not like the thick vapor of VG? If that is what turns you off of VG then I would say this will not turn you on to VG.
However this juice isn't lacking in taste at all...its abundant with flavor...

Banjo, vapor and flavor is excellent on the VG! Unless your hardware has difficulty accepting the thickness, I would pass...other than that, it's great.

Thanks for the help you guys. It is much appreciated......

I have actually started prefering PG more these days too.
Still like the Boba's though.

I wouldn't say it's abundant with flavor until you've been vaping it a while. There's an adjustment for some.

What caused the switch? I have noticed on my lr306's the 1.5's....and back when I had a 5v unit...that VG juice at a certain wattage starts to perform with less consistency. I just stick to the 2.0 ohm@ 3.7v range now because of that. Boba's does travel well between voltages though.

As for the abundant with flavor....well I would say it has a lot of flavor compared to your average VG juice...your definitely going to be tasting something, I have yet to hear someone call it lacking in flavor...even if they don't care for the flavor it provides.

Cotton candy and Boba's mixed 50/50 makes a great "all day at work" vape. Granted I have been through over 1000ml of Boba's and although it is my main vape, I do like a change once in a while. Gorilla juice to me tastes exactly like Boba's but with ripe banana added, the 100ml bottles sell out so fast that it is hard to get it when you need it. If anyone knows of a good straight banana flavored juice that I could mix with Boba's, please let me know. Doesn't matter if it is PG or VG just as long as the flavor is good and not perfumey or artificial tasting.

Banjo, I used to be just like you. A year ago I never cared for any VG juices but Capevette sent me a large bottle of Boba's, after that VG became my preferred choice and so did Boba's. The reason I didn't care for VG stuff before was because of the lack of flavor I experienced from other brands, Boba's has no problem carrying flavor.

N2, Howzit bro!!:) I am glad you like the Boba's and would have bought it from you if you didn't:laugh:. In case you don't like the Gorilla's, give me a pm on NV and I will buy or trade it for something that you like. :p

Lasttango, I am still waiting on the RY4 and some other tobacco juice from the organic tobacco guy, when it comes I will send you a sample so don't worry, I didn't forget.:) He is still trying to perfect that RY4 and doesn't want to make it overly caramelish like the others, that is why he is taking so long.

PS, now that I have my Precious-L V2 with juice dispenser, I am vaping Boba's like a madman since I don't have to keep refilling. Straight Boba's at 5.1volts with a LR 510 or 306 can create more vapor than a cig can make smoke. This thing is unreal how you can dial in any voltage up to the battery's max. (2) 18350 AW IMR's last me about 6 hours of heavy vaping and no refilling till after the batteries die.:p

Aloha, Keith
