Amp limit really is on a concern to those that run dual coils. I'm happy enough with a 2amp limit if it means I can have constant voltage that's user adjustable in a smaller form factor, and don't have to worry about voltage drop off.

Congrats to the new vmax owners. Got mine from Mopar literally from day one, and this now antiquated black v1 has performed flawlessly for me without even so much as a hiccup. More recently picked up a 2nd SS version and it has similarly been great. Hope you all enjoy yours as much as I have. I hear the call of the gunmetal one calling which I'm desperately trying to resist.
I know, it's the only PV I've had that I try and be careful with. Don't put it in a pocket with coins or carry it in the same hand as my keys etc. The only reason I take it out of the house is so I can show it off
You may as well go and buy the gunmetal now as you will be very glad you did. I still have my antique black one but I was not careful and most of the black pant has chipped off. It is still my adv though. I will probably get a SS with my next pay. I would be a dead man if I bought both at the same time.
