My take on the panasonic cgr18650's is that they apparently do hold their charge much better and longer against other comparable batteries. If I remember the charts I saw they only had a signifigant dropoff in power only when nearing the very end of its capacity.

I havent looked at the info in awhile but before I ordered my LT I did look at the info. I could be wrong on how Im presenting it, but that was my understanding.

Greetings! I have been trying to find out something about AW IMR's but could never get a full answer. I'm actually now looking at the Panasonics but have the same question.... My 2600mah AW IC's last me through the day and drop from 4.2 by about 3.8- 3.9 by the end of the day (12 to 16 hrs). Should I expect a panasonic to still be putting out 4.1 to 4.2 by day's end? I hate voltage drop and almost got IMR's but no one could tell me if they would last all day.
I usually use 1.7 ohm cartos on an all mechanical mod... Thanks everyone.

Not sure, not enough of battery geek to know for sure but those 2600mah ones aren't IMR batteries, which the panasonics most people are talking about here are... I believe the 3100mah panasonics listed on the new battery site would probably be the equivalent to the batteries you are using. If those 3100mah batteries are as good as the IMR ones then I'd imagine that they would outperform your 2600mah AW's just as the panasonic IMR outperform the AW IMR batteries.... 500mah better is a pretty significant boost, so I'd say pick one up and give it a shot... Just like CCV, the battery site appears to have free shipping so no extra cost associated in picking up 1 to try it out and ordering more later if they work out for you...

My new battery site is on hold as PayPal wants use a separate account i have set for my other stuff,,, I've pulled the credit card and PayPal processing til get a separate checking account for them to verify. Only be a few days,,,

BTW this wait for the chrome v2 is gone beyond the ridiculous stage in my book, so sorry for my customers as you all know, I always try to keep the customers needs first an foremost, so any one wants a refund of there v1.5 just send email to my ccvaping email with subject line "v1.5 refund" as I've set up a email folder for these, guess it's a live an learn kinda thing when dealing with a vendor 8,000 miles away from you, but you the customer shouldn't have to endure this. Still waiting for an answer, this is just crazy, bet it won't happen again. Also in next day or 2 I'll have Jeremy send out a newsletter to this affect,

Well if it makes you feel any better, I waited 3 mos for a 'problem' with a line of pvs to be resolved, and 3 mos for another on backorder... Its clear there's just only so much you, as a vendor, can do with a manufacturer defect to speed it along, especially if said manufacturer is a few thousand miles away. ;) And both of those vendors were desperately trying to get things straightened on the manufacturing end, as well... noone dropped the ball, in other words. Sometimes all you can do is all you can do. lol Nice of you to offer a refund for those who want it, though.

BTW, per earlier battery question... Be very careful with those super high mah IMRS. Not saying they're not great... saying many devices designed to fit an 18650 won't necessarily fit a 3000 mah 18650, so just double check before you buy for a particular pv. And wait a sec.. are the panny 18650s IMR? I thought they were considered a hybrid CGR? Now I'm befuddled. lol I could easily be wrong, though. I know they're comparable to IMR, very similar in a lot of ways, I just don't know where the differences lie, beyond being generally considered longer lasting by many.

ooh, gotcha. But you don't carry that jumbo 3100 panny. Sorry, i thought we were discussing ccv products that had been added since my last visit. ;) Killer starter kit, btw. Any intention of carrying a passthrough kit or a twist kit in the future? I didn't realize you were into starters. Would be REALLY handy since I always have new vapers get their cartos with you to be able to get good quality/good value starter at ccv as well. Tank kit sounds great, also! And thank you SO much for putting in a carrying case and not a box. lol That is such added value.

If your going to start carrying the EGO bats now and not getting the V2's in, might i suggest carrying the EGO Twist 1000mah. I have one an freaking love it(want about 2-3 more ), and it seems to have gotten high praise from all the top reviewers as in not a POS. Also any chance on getting a variable select-able voltage pass-through, for the life of me I can't seem to find one anywhere?

Just a suggestion, you might want to actually put your email address here to help out anyone else who wants a refund, as I just sent an email through your site regarding this issue and referencing your post here and received a rather curt response from you that you don't address customer service issues--Jeremy does. Not sure if you need to brush up on your customer service skills or if you have an issue with me directly, but IMO it was far from professional.

Well just saying I don't do CRM's anymore, almost a full time job just answering emails, but I do see them when they come in from time to time I do answer 1 or 2 myself, reason might sounded rude is because i just posted 5 minutes before on how to address the issue and you chose to send an email via different route,, I run 5 different screens here see all the traffic comes into the site, this is why I setup a certain area just for this issue. Sorry if it came across as rude.

BTW email is ccvaping@htc.net subject " v1.5 refund "

Andrew is a guy that called me at 1am to answer questions. He definitely takes customer service seriously. Others may have doubts I dont.

Andrew, I know impatient guys like ne dont make returns/recalls easy but I do appreciate the hard work. I do understand dealing with china. Im hanging in there a few more days to wait and see. Besides, you already have my LT itself and I dont want to spend more to ship back the rest of the kit unless I have to. So I guess Ill wait and see a short time longer. Maybe another VV option will come along or another supplier.

Also, a suggestion, put the batteries up on your own site for now. At least people can buy them, maybe make a discount code cor any shipping cost adjustment if necessary. Personally, as an online marketing and web search guy, I never understood diluting the brand name of your own company for the sake of having more web sites... unless it was a completely separate business. Im sure thats what you intend BUT customers do prefer to shop in one place. Online marketing research proves that. Hope this helps somehow.

Me1969,
Trust me buddy I feel your pain, atleast yours is in the same state. I live in North East Florida and my package went to Washington State and camped out there for 5 days going back and forth from 1 town to another everyday. The postal service has a serious issue at times. Once it's out of the vendors hands it's ALL on the Postal Service from then on. Another order of mine left from N.Carolina and went to N.Dakota. Now someone PLEASE tell me how in the world does either of those 2 deliveries save the postal service 1 dime. How does a package due for Florida even get on a plane heading to Washington State. Anyway, I'm all too familiar with the P.O screwing up on shipments.Take care everyone. .....Jeremy
