Nope, you're right on...a 510 connector with a cone about sums it up, but there are no threads on the skirt. I don't have any stick style batts, but I would guess that could work. I think you have to be careful with lower ohms on a stick batt, though. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in!

I am using one on a box mod with a 510-510 extender/adapter. It works well. I might have to try it on a ego type batt to compare.
