Just now trying the Iced OMT after steeping about 2 weeks. This stuff should be called Iced OMG! 50/50 with 3 flavor shots in a Zen Ti Magnum 490 with 4 wraps of 28ga. This is what I was looking for in a fruity vape. Clouds of vape, nice TH, and great flavor. With the 3 shots the flavor really stands out and even Iced the menthol is cool but not overpowering. The more I vape it, the more I love it. Thanks for the suggestion Clark, it was spot on.

Clark sir, I liked when you did the recommendations on CLS and Grape Ape and was hoping you would do it for all the flavors. Well it looks like you handled that all in one shot (no pun intended) LOL. Very straightforward and informative. Great job! Keep up the good work and enjoy the journey.

I started doing that - and I will, but I wanted to keep that more to testing notes on my various devices. The recommendations for shots are pretty consistent across the board. Flavor fusion gets more complicated, so I may add that to each individual product as people try the various combinations. I have yet to find a 2 fruit combo that doesn't play well - for some of the 2 fruit combos I need to dip into 6 different bottles of flavoring!~

Ooooh yes, that'd be awesome! I have several tea vapes I enjoy in my rotation right now (Chai Tea, Caramel Pear Black Tea, AiV Foursquare, Cherry Blossom Tea) so I'd love to see you put out something along those lines eventually too, Clark!!

On another note, is it just me, or does Creme Brulee do weird things to anyone else's atomizer coil when dripping? I wonder if it's got something to do with the caramel crystallizing on the coils or something along those lines since CLB isn't doing it. Tonight, it was hitting fine for awhile, started off with CLS then switched to CB after a bit. Vaped a couple rounds of CB and then put it aside for 1/2 hour or so while I was watching the movie (it hadn't gone completely dry or anything). But when I picked it back up, I noticed that it was giving me that popping feeling on my lips, as if something had hardened or crystalized on the coil and was bouncing off my lips when I sucked on it. (I dunno, is that what a dry hit is? I don't want to call it a dry hit if it's actually something else, but I do recall having this phenomenon with another juice from a different vendor in the past.) Anyhoo, my atty resistance tanked all the way down to 1.1ohm and neither my Vamo or Zmax could fire it any longer. (Sorry I don't do the mech thing as I don't have the time to learn about rebuilding coils right now.)

Now first thing I thought was it had overheated (since I think that's usually when you see an ohm drop, that or a short) even though I hadn't been chain vaping or anything, so I made sure it was cool, added a few more drops, and it still wouldn't fire, resistance still read at 1.1ohm.

I noticed a similar thing last night but just figured it was gunk on my coil or something (even though I think that would tend to raise instead of lower the resistance, right?) but nonetheless I gave it a good soak in some everclear and a dry burn and all was fine again, but then it happened again tonight... *shrug*

So is it possible I'm doing something wrong and this juice needs to be handled specially or burned at a lower voltage? I know I'm not anywhere near as educated as y'all with regards to mods and mechs and coils and all that... which is why I figured I'd take this problem to the pros. Any ideas what's going on? You need to help a girl out here, I just wanna drip me some CB baby!!

I honestly haven't had any issues with gunking, or had any reported until now. Resistance jumping is a short, usually - especially a big jump. You might have some jiggle in your coil (yes, I just said jiggle, Hawk, tee off now). HAHA This might be (another) good reason to ditch that lighter caramel.

Everyone except a few very early adopters (#195 and before)has the same caramel (the lighter one). Our initial testing with the one most people have was good, and it steeped out 4 weeks just fine, so we ran with it. The darker was much more expensive for me to purchase, but I am putting it in the bottle anyway (going forward). Everyone should expect to receive the darker one in the pre-order and going forward...

I vaped a clearo of the cinnamon before I doctored it up for the hubby and I didn't actually taste any menthol in it so "too little

My consistency on the menthol has been poor, just FYI. Still struggling to find the sweet spot. I mix my own menthol from crystals, not pre-mix...

Does Grape Ape have menthol in it Kent?

No menthol unless you frost or ice it... but it's more than 1 flavor, I just can't say which flavors are in it. All you should taste is grape :) At low wattage, it's concord grape. At high wattage, it turns more into a grape jolly rancher. It's one of those twisted blends that turned out wicked good. When I tested it (looking at notes) I liked it about 8w-12w... and it didn't burn or singe a boge carto in a 65/35 at 15w even while chain vaping.

I been meaning to get with you - OnYo Chin, that nutty blend from VapeSyndicate - off the hook. Inspired me to pick up some new flavoring. I poked the VS guy on Facebook, gonna do a juice swap when I get some time and (I hope) a collaboration... I'd like to pass a few bottles back and forth with him and see what we can cook up.

Most vendors would shy away from plugging critical reviews, but I hope the community can engage the process and help me make the product better...

Another fantastic review from Dishy Down Under....

"Mean Green Apple" by Nicoticket

Another juice from nicoticket, this one is going to be a little different though.... This was a difficult review to write up, but i call it as i see it.

Juice: Nicoticket "Mean Green Apple" (MGA), 15mls, 12mg, PG 65 VG 35, no extra's, Born on the 18/7/2013
FOOB/Steeped: 10 days shipping (steeping), sampled on arrival, left to steep for another week (tastes taken during this time)
Cost: $7.99 for 15mls plus shipping
Test Rigs: eGo Twist, SMOK Magneto (Mech), Sentinel Clone (Mech), Joytech eVic. F17 carto tank (Boges pre-punched and VKS slotted), Kayfun Lite, EVOD, CE3 clearo (comets), VKS SS dripper atmo and iClear 30.

First Impressions: MGA is in the top 5 best selling juices on nicoticket, it seems to have a strong following indeed. It has a real funky light green colour (which i like), FOOB the smell is quite sweet and crisp, very much a fresh green apple smell, maybe even a tad 'flowery/perfume like". I had few people give it the sniff test, a few could not quite describe it, once they were told its was green apple, most agreed. After steeping, the fresh/crisp/sweet Granny smith apple smell is still very much there, the "flowery/perfume" side has settled down alot but still present. The liquid is very easy to pour (even to the point of being a touch too 'thin') and fills carto's/wicks/clearo's quickly with no hassles.

Flavour: Ok, this is were it gets interesting.. FOOB, I tried MGA in several devices, from dripping to carto's and clearo's, something was just not right for me. There is a nice sweet apple flavour, not sickly sweet nor lemon-like tart, more like an apple cordial drink, which has been mixed with a little too much water. The apple flavour is there, but its subtle... a little too subtle. I was expecting it to be like the Betelgeuse (new name for beetlejuice) /OMT juices, i was looking for that straight away taste of fresh, crisp apple punching through. Where Betelgeuse/OMT have a real "juicey" feel to them, MGA felt like it was watered down. Well maybe it just need time to steep. The other flavour/taste i was getting (remember this FOOB still) was a Flour taste, as in baking flour, or a floral taste, not to the point of disgusting, but it was present. Fine, maybe FOOB is not the best way to have MGA, so lets let it steep.
After steeping for near to a week, the apple flavour has come through more, but, its still not a strong juicey flavour of apple, the baking flour/flora taste has settled down. Only problem now is this juice tastes like an over ripe apple, it has that "fluffy/powder" flavour. Very similar feel you get when you pick and bite into an apple that's been left on the branch that little bit too long. On the exhale you do get a decent apple flavour, this is quite pleasant for exhaled vapour. You can vape MGA, its not unvapable, but for me its not the best of nicoticket juices, mind you, it is in the top 5 best selling juices on nicoticket.
Perhaps this is the first nicoticket juice (i have had) that might need an extra flavour shot or two, this bottle of MGA is just not giving that "juicey" feel of the other nicoticket fruit liquids. I think even a shot of the "frost" mint/menthol would be an excellent addition to it (really give it that crisp fresh green apple bite). I will let it steep for another couple of weeks, this might allow it to come up in flavour **

Throat Hit: This has a really nice, smooth TH, it allows for deep long draws, but you still get a fine 'tickle' at the back of the throat. The exhale is again smooth, i think with a higher Nic level you would still get a very pleasant TH, without it ripping your throat out, Freddy Kruger style. The TH of MGA is good to very good.

Vapour Production: The VP on MGA is excellent, it produces strong plumes, almost thick in style. You can make good smoke rings, and large 'clouds' due to the fact you can take deep draws. The exhaled vapour does carry the apple flavour, as my daughter among others have said, "thats gota be an apple juice your vaping". VP is excellent.

Overall: MGA was a little bit of let down for me, i think i have been spoilt with nicotickets other excellent fruit juices, it also could be just me, as i have said it's in the top 5 best sellers for nicoticket!. MGA is a decent vape, i think/advise that it needs time to steep to get its flavours "right". It does have an apple flavour, but for me it was a little too subtle, it was not too sweet nor too tart. I guess was hope'n that it would really hit my taste buds with that fresh, crisp and juicey apple punch, it might just need extra (flavour/frost) shots to do that. The flour/floral/fluffy flavour was a little bit off putting, but it does seem to be slowly settle'n down with more steep time. It could also be that i got a dud bottle (this does happen from time to time) as there are many reviews on the store site saying that it is crisp and very apple(ly) flavoured juice. Don't let this review put u off trying MGA, it has great TH and VP..but maybe try a small sample first, before ordering 50ml bottles.

This was a difficult review to write up, as this is the first juice from nicoticket that really did not do it for me, but i will always call it as i see it with my reviews, no matter how much i like the company and the people involved.

** I did speak to Clark, to give him a heads up on this review (that just being respectful, i would not blind side anyone). Clark being the gent and professional that he is, was excellent in his response, he said that he wants all feedback, good or bad, as thats the only way to improve and make his juices better. Clark did say that it could have been a "off" bottle, as he does hand mix each and every bottle of juice. It could have been a simple mistake in the mixing that has resulted in the MGA i got. So hats off to nicoticket and again, don't write off MGA, it could well be just a dud bottle or that my taste is different to yours, but just try a sample before jumping in boots and all.

Many thanks for reading
Dishy.

I figured you'd like the VS juice bro. Then again, that's why I buy from you, him, and a few other small juice vendors. It's not about how many different juices you can sell, it's about selling a few high quality ones. Quality over quantity.

Amen to that!
I placed my first order with Nicoticket yesterday (and just placed my first order with VapeSyndicate moments ago).
Reading through this thread, it seems to me that Nicoticket's owner and his passionate following, are straight-up honest and forthright individuals. It could be a result of a vendor who's focused on quality above all else attracting like-minded clients.

Just dropped your order off at the USPS. Had hoped to catch the mail guy yesterday but I missed em. I hope you enjoy both vendors!~ His sampler deal is hard to beat, especially with the 7ml bottles getting bumped to 10ml. Good opportunity to try a new liquid for a little dough.

You're a man of your word! Thank you again Clark!!!
The only reason why I placed the order with VapeSyndicate is because you spoke well of them.
I've never encountered a positive word about a vendor from another vendor - ever!
Btw: Is it Clark or Kent? :)

(Off topic) I read in an earlier post that you've got a thing for Chinese mechs (all the rage these days).
That would lead me to conclude that you're an 'RBA' man.
Oh how I'd love to dive into the RBA universe and enhance my vape experience!
I use a standard Joye atomizer (with bridge) and drip 99% of the time.
Problem is that there's SO much product out there, it's bewildering and intimidating for someone like myself.
I'd love to be guided along that path, but even the YouTube videos (that I'm aware of) are long-winded, ponderous, and not very enlightening to a total novice like me.
I'll bet your eliquids taste so much better with an RBA.

On the mechanical front, I have the Kamry K100 and I love it. Mod-wise, I think the differences are overplayed, honestly... at the end of the day, it's a battery tube. People get all hot and bothered by voltage drop, etc... I generally don't obsess about it.

I am a huge fan of my Sigelei #8 with an RSST - I just got a Fusions SG-1 Hybrid Kit for it, but I haven't slapped it on yet. The RSST is nice for a Genesis Style Atomizer - mesh seemed to be easy enough to get used to as a wicking material. It does have a longer break in time for me (2-3 tanks) before it loses the metallic taste. I am still on the same wick I rolled 2 months ago, though... :)

I have an Octopus and it's my favorite dripper, but it takes some modding... plug the stock air holes with toothpicks and drill a 2mm hole in the side of the cap. All things being equal it's been a royal pain the rear, leaked more liquid that it's vaporized, but I learned a ton in the process and it's still my favorite full size RDA (due in part to the fact that it has thumb screws and no allen wrench is needed). The smaller version (Bully, or Squid) is nice for testing liquid.

I am a recent Igo-L convert, due in part to Hawk and gotalot. Gotalot traded me one for some juice and I really like it. I still haven't rolled a coil on it yet, using his microcoil on cotton at first... then fished some Ekowool through the same coil. He drilled it out, not sure how big the hole is. I have a couple more coming just for play.

Finally - if you can find any local, support a local vape shop. Fasttech, VaporBreak, etc will save you a bunch of $$$, but you're pretty much on your own from a service perspective. At the end of the day, it's not like there's a ton of moving parts in a mechanical mod or an RDA, so I confess, I went the cheap route despite the slow shipping - that, and there's no one local who carries the mods and RDAs I wanted.

Check out the Igo-l (I know Clark Kent has one)....very affordable, great flavor and very easy to coil ...
I'm hitting H1N1 on one of mine right now and compared to the carto I had it in at work today, the flavor on the Igo is so much more crisp and clear.

As for the Clark/Kent thingy.......he's Superman.....lol

This Hawkspit continues to still change ever so slightly each day.
It's also taken on a beautiful "amber bock" type appearance.
Very creamy, nice TH and even though it is in a way reminiscent of CLS....there is something in the finish that sets it apart and is very tantalizing.

I THINK I know what I'm tasting at the end, but it's so ethereal that its almost ghost like.....
I'll buy you a beer to learn what tobacco you're using...lol.....

I'm in San Diego....
Be a lamb and run by my place and mow for me.
Tell Mama Bears to beer you. Don't forget to edge and nice straight lines please.....53.7 degree angle....northwest to southeast.

I have 1-2 days of respite before I start filling pre-orders... I have a couple orders to fill that don't contain the glue, but once those are done it's play time for Clarkie. The steep is very done - the couple extra days is going to help it immensely. The color is spot on and it smells delicious. Just mixed a CLS bottle for myself to test so I can taste before I ship, but it smells even better than the last batch.
