When I said steeped for three weeks, I meant the limited edition flavor five pawns steeps for three weeks and then charges even more $$ for.

Every bottle is steeped before shipping. The one you are talking about well there are two. One steeps in a oak barrel and the other steeps in a stainless steel vat. The others are still steeped but not in the spa. :)

You are reaching 3 years and I'm reaching 2 years in July.

Maybe it was the taster cartos that didn't taste good to me. Maybe one of these days, I'll just buy a bottle and try it in a newly wicked coil on my device. It might taste better?

my experience with 5Pawns was basically, it is so complex ... at first, it doesn't come across as the greatest juice at a tasting bar. However, after loading it up in a Kayfun ... it's like dayum, this is some super clean tasty juice.

I don't like or do TH since I quit smoking ... IMO, strong throat hit on a 50/50 juice is the result of cheap peppery nicotine base ... I have tried a ton of vendor juice and 5Pawns is the cleanest tasting vendor juice I have ever tried.

The only juice I can compare to the clean taste of 5Pawns, is DIY made with VapersTek high quality Chemnovatic nicotine.

Sir Rod ... I would try a bottle of that Gambit Pingster loves ... it really is some tasty juice in a Kayfun.

cheers

Congratulations Ping! July is a special month!

I like the Cotton Bacon, but I admittedly have little experience with other cottons. It works well and doesn't seem to add any odd flavor to the vape! I bought it because it's what my local vape shop sells. When I'm ready to buy cotton again, I may go online looking, but so far Bacon is good with breakfast and my KFL+!

I haven't tried the cotton bacon, but have gone through many Japanese cottons. I also have some of the more raw & exotic cottons from the cottonman:

FivePawns juices are complex indeed, and the flavor profile changes with different voltage/wattage settings as well. Sometimes one flavor ingredient is more prevalent than another a lower power, then increase power to get a whole new experience. I'm a Gambit & Grandmaster fan, but they're all good.

That's quite a cotton collection! Do you worry about the impurities in the raw materials?

It boils down pun intended to who makes the best mouse trap.

Next on my list LB.

LB loves single malt and I'm sure she can tell right away if it's scotch or single malt scotch.

I have the frying pan on the stove as my cotton bacon V2 is out for delivery. I will add that the ... cotton and native wicks have both wicked great and I've never had a dry hit. It might be that they are used on only SvoeMesto Kayfuns.

Bowden's Mate is worth a shot, Ping. So is Lucena ... I CAN tell the difference between single malts and blends, as can anyone who likes scotch. Not hard to do! My everyday scotch (in cold weather, only) is Famous Grouse, a great blend. Yummo! Kinda likin' small batch Kentucky bourbons, as well. Must be why I like CLR :)

It might ... But I'm going to say what I think Bronze would say: vape what YOU like.

I know lots of people love Gambit and Grandmaster. Sadly, I'm not one of them. With the exception of CLR, the flavors I like aren't all that popular (relatively speaking). Now, Lucena, Fifth Rank (Summertime, only) and Bowden's Mate are a whole different story!

This is true with many flavors and many vendors.

Best advice! And that's what I'll do. I like simple, not complex flavors, so I'll stick with what I like and what works for me!

What's worked for me the last couple years are two juices I mix together 50/50. One is called Marb Smooth (I guess because is tastes a bit like Marlboro) and I mix that with Menthol. It gives me a very smooth vape. What's funny is that as a smoker, I never smoked Menthol cigs. But in a juice the combination tastes good to me.

You're a year ahead of me, Sir! Good on ya!

I find it interesting to hear what flavor(s) got different folks off analogs. I first tried a menthol tobacco and hated it! Thankfully, a local B&M had a good bar and dispensed good advice. Thus began my love of Banana, ProVari's and most vapers :)

Do you listen to any vape podcasts? There was an interview with the guy on VPLive. It's all grown organically, and there are no impurities. There is a natural oil on raw cotton which can be boiled off before using, but it's supposed to be harmless anyway. If you don't boil it, the first few hits do have a different taste, but then it's really good from then on.

I'd be more worried about the chemicals used in the bleached/processed cotton. They went into detail of all the dangerous chemicals used in cotton processing, which might be enough to scare most people into using raw cotton. :)

Yes, I do watch vape-ommercials, but mainly about things I'm interested in owning. Sometimes though, there are just too many things to worry about and unless there's something I'm looking to purchase, I don't pay much attention to things I don't usually worry about. My OCD can't take it. No it can't.
