Those diamonds are growing on me, too. In fact, I'd like 4 of them---on each device. No sneaking in here and telling me that if I want more diamonds I should buy more devices.

My limited understanding of trademark rules indicates that the hex logo being once on the device would suffice, and it's up on the top part next to the lettering.

There probably aren't other models floating around.

The one with Diamonds is a picture of the Beta Test Model.

The expected release model in posted very early in this thread and has no diamonds. Here's the first and very short video of it:

I honestly wouldn't be surprised here... It does look a lot like a PB, and Phil has been one heck of an indirect salesman for ProVape. Phil also does their ProVari maintenance series videos. So it could very well be an homage to the one and only PBusardo

All the more reason I sincerely hope the final product doesn't have that logo. I'm buying a ProVari; not a Phil Busardo.

If any of you are in Utah, electronicstix has a few of the beta units for sale in their stores. Luckily, I have a friend who lives there and snagged one for me :) They did a Facebook post earlier stating that they will have them for sale until the end of the day today or until they run out

And before anyone says anything about it, they have a deal worked out with provape so they are allowed to sell the beta units they were sent. They are selling them for $249 so I'm guessing that's probably what the going rate is going to be for them once they release. That could change though seeing as these are the beta units with the diamonds on the sides

just ordered a provari 3 beta from a uk vendor[/url]

1) We don't know that selling betas is legal.
2) We don't know that ProVape won't ask for them back.
3) We can safely assume there is no warrany service for betas.
4) We don't know that ProVape won't keep any betas sent in for service.
5) We don't know what changes will be made, both firmware and physical, for the final release.
6) I'm still tempted...
