Having spent some time with a P3 Beta, I didn't have any issues with the screen size.

It's not that it's too small to be usable. It just looks the same size as the 2.5. Without having used it in person, it's just hard to imagine all the extra info on the same size screen as the 2.5. I just think it could have been a bit bigger. I mean, a 20" tv does the job as well as a 60" tv. But I'd rather have a 60" tv. Not to say I'm not interested in it. I definitely am. A bit bigger screen would have been cool.

I gotta say, I played with it yesterday and I like the UI, Including the screen size. Generally I preferred the SX350 style screen; but, thus being provape, I really dig the way they set it up as a homage to their history. It works well, it's easy to get the hang od, and everything is easily readable. If any other company came out with this; however, I would hate your view. It reminds of the way Ford, Chevy and Dodge did the Retro style on the newer drop of sports cars, kind of scores some major Natalia points while still improving on it's predecessor.

To me the screen seemed ever so slightly narrower, but it's not as bad as it seems. The screen is easily readable with the way the info is laid out.

I think when you get the opportunity to hold one in your hands and play with the menu, you'll be rather surprised just how readable the screen is. You're kind of thinking of the two digit display on the current Provari. This is an Oled screen, which contains complete words, etc., as the menu items scroll by until you tap the button to adjust whatever option you want to adjust.

That scrolling menu took me a few seconds to figure out. Being used to the Provari LED menu, I clicked the button to move the menu options, but of course that would dive me into a submenu. Took a couple tries to realize if I just wait the menu sidescrolls on its own, and then I click on the option I want.

I'm sure you're all right. And I'm not trying to start a big controversy about it. Like I said, I've never seen one in real life yet. Price being reasonable I plan to get one. I just expected something a bit bigger. But as long as it's easily usable that's all that matters.
After 15 minutes with it I was ready to spead it up. Honestly anyone who has or uses a current model will get the hang of it in no time, and once they see it they'll understand.
It's kind of like that first vape you take on a provari and you think to yourself, "Ahhhhhh I get it now."
It immediately reminded me of that moment with the menu.
I didn't think it would be readable either Especially with all it does and seeing all the sx and dna menus. But, I like this much better.

My limited understanding of trademark rules indicates that the hex logo being once on the device would suffice, and it's up on the top part next to the lettering.

The stop sign up near the lettering is plenty of branding IMO.

I wouldn't be big on the diamonds. A nice clean tube is what I'd personally like to see.

But no biggie: I'm definitely in for one, at the least, whatever they decide on.

Are we sure that's not a website set up by a third party to show it off? Check out the whois lookup on those two websites. If they were both owned by provape I would expect the information to at least be similar.

provape.com Whois Lookup & IP | Whois.net
provari3.com Whois Lookup & IP | Whois.net

I had a website with GoDaddy for a long time. Their "Domains by Proxy" is their way of telling inquiring minds that they do not need to know who the owner, owner's name, address etc., are. Some sites you can see the actual registered name but GoDaddy;s server farm is in Arizona and that's all you're ever gonna know.

The Evolv DNA doesn't have menus.

That's right. And, it is a terrific display, too.

It (Evolv Board Display) also doesn't have IQ, Boost, custom settings to save, nor does it tell you what the error symbol means, and a bunch more that are either displayed on screen when necessary or via menu.

The P3 initial screen shows one the Watts or voltage level, the ohms of the atty attached and the percentage of battery remaining.
The Evolv screen shows one the Watts, the ohms of the atty, a thermometer of appx battery power left and the volts to fire those ohms.

Both are great products made by top notch USA companies, IMHO.

That's true.

It doesn't have error symbols, it just tells you.

and a bunch more that are either displayed on screen when necessary or via menu.
All the other things are displayed on screen when necessary.

The P3 initial screen shows one the Watts or voltage level, the ohms of the atty attached and the percentage of battery remaining.
In my opinion, that's the best new feature of the P3.

Both are great products made by top notch USA companies, IMHO.
I absolutely couldn't agree more. :)
