Ok guys, got the update done about 4 hours ago. My 18350 battery just went dead, read it with a multimeter and it is reading 3.4. So no more "empty" batteries at 3.8ish. That was my only complaint with the provari. It's also a nice option to have it read down to .5 ohms. My only complaint is the yellow blinking light at 18%. Hopefully on V4X, they could create an option to turn it off. It was annoying on the previous provaris, and it's annoying now.

You might have been the only one. He very well could have downloaded it from the internet. I think a photo with his username, today's date, and "Thanks ProVape" would be better proof.

Glad to hear that fix/feature actually works. I was changing 18650's like they were 18350's!
I might not make it 2 weeks 'till I'm in Santa Barbara. I'm going to start calling local authorized dealers that are not update certified on the map and give them ....ake mushrooms.

2 AW IMR 18490s went empty on 2 of my P3s today.
They checked at 3.3 and 3.2 in a P2 & 3.3 on my XTAR VP2 charger

Is there an easy way to find a B&M that can do the upgrades? I called about 5 stores nearest me and they either didnt do it or had no idea what I was talking about, tried to sell me on something that "doesn't need upgrades because it fires 100w", or only been working there 2 months and kept saying ProVari wrong. Im leary about shipping 3 P3s at once.......or even one at a time.
The store I got mine done at were listed as a dealer but not as an authorized upgrade center.

I'm the type of person that cannot wait and want stuff now. With that being said, I drove about 2 hours to New York to get it done. Well worth it I must say. Also sending in all 3 P3's to provape should not worry you at all. They never lost any of my V2.5 Provaris when I sent them in for maintanence.
If it's delivered to a secure box then it will show as delivered.
No signature on a secure box, even if it's insured. Unless you specifically added signature required.
I hear you and like I said earlier, I'll never say never. But I have a Vape shop near me, who makes great liquids I truly enjoy and the $15/month it costs me to just stop by and pick up a bottle or two is just so simple and convenient. Unlike you, I don't really have a desire to own a stable of Provari's. I need one as primary and one as backup in case my primary suffers an issue.
Willy, what I did was shame my B&M to become an Authorized Update Center and they have done so. The Provape website has even been updated with their status. They'll be ready for me to get my P3 updated next week. I think what Bronze is suggesting is you speak with one of your local dealers and ask them to become an Upgrade Center. Also, I didn't realize you lived in Toronto, so I may not have looked in your area for an upgrade center, but I just did and found this one:

We have new stores getting programmers everyday, so keep checking back. Toronto is coming up as we have orders going out soon.
I insured the package and added signature required. Someone has to sign for it. So either someone signed for it or it wasn't delivered.
