The clone discussion took place while I was asleep. I won't buy clone mods...don't trust the Chinese chips. But over here, getting orig. attys is very difficult. I have an orig Erlkoenigen, KF4 and Taifun GT2 but a few clone rda's...almost impossible to get the real things.

Some authentics are impossible to find. The Veritas and Achilles drippers are two of them. Excellent attys but authentics are impossible to find. Clones are our only choice.

How bout the YiHi SX350 chip? No good?

Curious, Jim

The SX350J chip is amazing! Hard to say it, but way better than the DNA40 and better execution of TC. I have an XPV DNA40 from ProtoVapor, the SX Mini M Class from Yihi, and of course my ProVaris… 4 of them.

I agree with you 100%, I had a hard time finding a Veritas (authentic) and the first one got stolen by the postal workers… had to buy a second one (authentic, again) but it was very difficult finding them.

FireFly ecigs (official iHybrid vendor) had a couple when I bought mine.

I think I got my Veritas from VividSmoke. Yes,I did...a clone because no authentics could be found.

I'm now looking for an Ology RDA, from iHybrid as well, it's the evolution of the Veritas, and the Dog Bone RDA (for 26650 mods) it's like a double Veritas or a small Dog Bone.
I saw that 26 Veritas a few months back. It is just like a double Veritas. What a behemoth! Don't know anything about the Ology. If you find a source, please link it. Thanks.

Thanks. Trying to figure out the advantages over the Veritas.

It's supposed to be more leak-resistant, as the air is channeled via the middle wall inside, and then direct to the coils. It's also easier to do dual coils on, and can even try quads and other crazy builds, plus the wire catching block that is easier to work with.

I wonder if he is going to market it better than he did the Veritas. Doesn't appear he is.

I'm so happy I'm not into dripping or mech mods. Provari P3, Kayfun lite, and a cold beer.

Me two Ping! I'm sure dripping has it's advantages (somewhat lost on me) for some. But I just don't (at this time, as I've learned to never say never again, when it comes to vaping) see myself walking around with a bottle of juice, dripping drops into a RDA. And unless there's an inherent advantage in complicated coil builds, that's lost on me as well. I can build a nice single coil now and wick it. I'm happy being able to do that. Yes I am!

I use one of these for dripping ... however, I only use it for testing new DIY flavours

Wicked with cotton ... this little sweetie was made for testing flavours

It wasn't marketed right, if it was marketed at all, I knew about it while navigating various sites and heard it was the newest from iHybrid and saw that it was basically a 22mm Dog Bone and this time a very minimalistic look with no logos or anything.

Do use a clothes dryer when you DIY?

you lost me Ping  ... I just mix my usual ADVs in the kitchen, give them a shake, then they go in a dark cupboard.

I only make them 30ml at a time and remake when they get low ... my all time favourite is a Gambit Killer.

cheers

Congratulations! The Russian 91% is great. But let's be honest. None of us, not me, not you, not any of us is EVER finished. No we're not!
