I sometimes think ProVape might think the same ... that the Provari/Kayfun4 is the perfect smoking replacement.

cheers

Nah.....it's not worth arguing with people whose IQ is small. It's not a fair match. Not it's not.

I DID miss it! How disappointing...
You didn't miss anything. Trust me. Just another young boy with an abundance of testosterone and ego running his mouth about things he knows nothing about.

Oh to be young again when I knew everything!!

Nah, it's far nicer being older and know we don't know that much! Yes it is!

Regarding that thread, all I know is I'm still absolutely in love with my P3's and choose them daily!

The same old haters showed up. Most referred to the 2.5 and of course the same ones had the same complaint about the P3 being underpowered and overpriced. I have to wonder how they ever afforded cigarettes. Maybe they just grubbed cigarettes all of their life.

They remind me of people who complain about our politicians but never bothered to vote themselves.

:offtopic: Can someone please tell me how a "kick" works? I spent the holiday weekend reacquainting my self with a mech (yes, Sir Rod, they really are a nice change on occasion), and while I enjoyed it, the lack of P3-type safety features was a bit scary ...

You set your volts and then screw it in your mech. Am I missing the point of your question? I can't really get too detailed because I never owned a kick.

So I decided to change the wick in my Russian 91% tonight. I don't know what I did, but the coil went wonky on me after dry burning a couple times to burn the gunk off. So I figured no biggie. I'll just build a new coil. I built a new coil and kept getting an error reading on my P3. I wound up taking the entire Russian build deck apart to see if I could see anything. I couldn't. So I built another new coil and tightened the build deck down hard and attached the new coil, which is now working as though nothing was wrong. I have no clue what was amiss. The coil wasn't touching the build deck. The insulators were all in place where they belonged. The only thing I can think is that the build deck itself wasn't tightened as tightly as it should have been. I chalk it up to new-coil-builder-gremlins, but I must admit I was getting a tad frustrated. This time I built a 1.4 ohm coil and it's vaping like a champ.

Sir Rod doesn't need scary, no he most certainly does not. My experience with a coil not working and getting frustrated proves to me I will stick with the safety of my Provari. Oh YES INDEED I WILL!

It's like wrestling w/a pig.
Eventually you realize you're just getting dirty & the pig is enjoying it.

Safety is, indeed, a big plus on (most) regulated mods. I think there are way too many people using mechs that do not appreciate the risks they face.
