IMO, no not much at all.
Really, why send out a top notch product 2 versions behind current or with a battery that tests 2.762v, or with one of the battery cover screws so loose it falls out when removing the device from box.
Might take them all of 3 minutes to take care of all this before shipping.
Seems like very basic QC to me.

It seems to me you are saying that the Radii that were shipped to you at least two days ago didn't receive the update via wifi while in transit and so it is a QC problem? Version 20 was released in the afternoon of January 21st --- yesterday.

Well, I don't want to have to guess how to use "sleep mode". Is it automatic or do I have to push some buttons to get me there? Can't seem to find anything written on how this feature works.
