They owe their customers the warranty support they sold them.
What they brought to the industry was a highly promoted product, with a false warranty, that fell short in the end.
They brought bad business to thw industry and repaid customers with a big FU.
If people would stop patting these poorly ran "companies" on the back, and stop with the blind brand loyalty maybe we wouldnt see so many fail.
So yes, give me a break from the brand worship.
