And try local smoke shops, a lot have a small PV selection with some juice (even if most are half-a$$ed afterthoughts) that may work in a pinch. Or Craigslist!

I'm in Portland, OR. Anyone know any e-juice vendors or perhaps are local to the area? What about Vancouver, WA?
Check the local malls for a Volcano kiosk or Bul disposable from Walgreens would work well in a pinch.
Yes, Ridge's advice is good, mall kiosks are another good place to try, albeit can be quite expensive. Walgreens Blu disposables are decent & not expensive.
Here's a place on the Portland CL I found: looks like DeKang (but better than nothing).
There's also TrueVapor in Clackamas.
Check here and click on Washington, see if any are close to Vancouver if you end up leaving Portland without juice.
