Ohm meter question

Hi,
I am new to mechanical modding, I have placed an order for a svoemesto extended kit and kayfun atomiser plus the ohm meter below.

my question is, is this meter sufficient, I know it will read ohm,s and after watching a video review, I believe it will give an adnormal reading if there is a short, is this ok or should I purchase a multi meter too?

(I have read the safety sections concerning protected batteries etc)

This looks similar to the one I use, except mine is battery powered rather than USB powered. Should be fine ...

The Nivel chip in the Semovar is pretty comprehensive... so although I'd always recommend a DMM for any sub-ohm vaping, for a Kayfun, it probably will not be necessary. I have yet to build below 1.4Ω with any Kayfun or clone and usually run at 1.7-1.8Ω.

A flat top ohm meter, if for no other reason than it makes a nice build platform, is always good to have around.
