Those are listed at 2.6-2.8 Ohms and should work fine. You will have more watts at it's single coil then the Duel coils. In comparison with your Duel coils, you may find the vape flavour, sweetness and temperature increased or changed. The 2.6-2.8 Ohms is in the right range for you PV, your 3.7v box running 14500 batts.

Lower resistance or Lower Ohms of the 'single' coil increases Watts acting on the e-liquid. Dual Coils have Higher resistance or Higher Ohms at each of it's coils and there is less Watts consumed at each coil. Watts consumed translates into Heat. This heat is half or divided in Dual Coils. Some flavour elements need more Heat (derived from Watts consumed). Some flavour tastes Yuk at higher temperatures. Also, The Lower the Total Resistance the more it consumes and the Shorter the Battery use.

Watts is the total of power.
E²/Resistance=Watts.
E is the Voltage Squared Divided by the Resistance in Ohms = Watts consumed by the coil and given off as Heat.

3.7v box mod running 14500 Litium Ion Batteries and a 2.7 average Ohm Coil.
Battery Max output at Full charge 4.2, Low Charge 3.2, Unregulated power output
E²/Resistance=Watts
4.2Volts² / 2.7 = 6.5 Watts
3.7Volts² / 2.7 = 5.1 Watts
3.4Volts² / 2.7 = 4.2 Watts
3.2Volts² / 2.7 = 3.8 Watts

Now you have to take those numbers with a grain of salt. While under load, (the atomizer doing work), your Voltage will drop a little, the Resistance will fluctuate a bit and the Total Watts will be a little less. Knowing the formula and your e-liquid can help get the most from your vaping experience.

Taste is Subjective but I'll give a personal observation.
A CE2 2.7 Ohm on a 3.7 Battery with my DIY Watermelon Flavor e-liquid tastes great! That's about 5.1 Watts, and what I've found is my watermelon and some other fruity flavours taste best between 4.5 and 7 Watts. If I put this CE2 and Watermelon on my 4.7 Volt unregulated USB pass-though giving 8.1 Watts, it tastes yuk and the sour and bitter notes take over the sweet notes.

If I put Dekang RY4 in this same same CE2 2.7 Ohm on a 3.7 Battery, my personal taste says it's Boring and sometimes musty. If I put this CE2 and Dekang RY4 on my 4.7 Volt unregulated USB pass-though giving 8.1 Watts, it tastes Really Yummie, sweeter and there's a delicious creme de brule note to play on my taste buds, I only like Dekang RY4 at the 8 Watt range.

Health Cabin's RY4 is even more delicious than the Dekang's but I haven't tried it in a CE2. I do prefer Health Cabin RY4 in the 8 Watt range tho. Either on my VV box mod with a 3.5 Ohm attie & drip tip with 5.4 Volts for 8.3 Watts. Or I like it on a eGo at 8 Watts using these 1.7 Ohm Single coil cartomizers Single Coil Cartomizers XL for 510/eGo - $4.80 : Healthcabin

An advantage of some CE2's is that they can give more flavour then Cartomizers, It's not always the Watt's. My theory is that some of the Flavour notes are heavier and are more readily vaporized and delivered to the user with less obstruction on a CE2 style atimizer. Where as in a Cartomizer, the heavy flavour note may be getting partially re-absorbed and never makes it to the taste buds. :p

I think that's why I'm really looking at the CE2's. I have buying the Dekang e-liquids. They drip will on an atty but, in a cartomizer, the liquid seems to be a little too thick to wick properly. I just doesn't seem to have very good vapor production with all that other stuff preventing the liquid to move around.

Thank you very much for the quick science leason. I know, with all the different products out there, getting some numbers behind the products really helps the consumer (like myself) make an educated decision. It really help me understand exactly what was going on inside my PV.
