Ohms?

I'm thinking of buying some Vision V3 clearomizers. There's a variety of ohm selections. I have a Vision Spinner 1300 battery. How do I select my ohm?

I've *heard* higher is better. I use 2.5ohm a clearto & evod heads on my spinner. Seems okay. I would like more clarification on the issue as well.
