Oils and E-Liquid

Hi,

First post on ECF. Love the forum. Been poking around quite a bit.

I would say I'm an advanced beginner. Graduated from GS and the like to batteries and cartos. Looking at mods and atomizers now.

My question/discussion is this: in the DIY world of juice, wanted to verify that oils would emulsify if the addition of a small amount of alcohol. In other words, no surfactant needed (other than the alcohol). And if I did not want to use alcohol, does anyone know of other choices for surfactants?

Hi AZD and welcome to the forum. You might want to get your post count up to 5 and ask your question again in the DIY forum. Personally I avoid all oil based flavors so I can't help you out. Welcome

I just started DIY and I don't use oils, if you go to a DIY supplier they have a ton of ready to mix flavors that are great. Check out the suppliers section and browse around. DIY is the only way to go. bnrk

See the DIY section. A few flavorings are non-water soluble. But these are pro concentrated flavorings use in small amounts. I believe they do use pure grain alcohol to break them down.
