I originally ordered two Vision vivi novas through myvaporstore.com and later I ordered an additional one from highdesertvapes.com (all 3.5 tanks)
I had always assumed that the two I originally purchased were originals- they came in the black box, all well packaged, and the quality seemed to be solid. I recently ordered the additional 3rd one from HDV, and assumed I could use the two extra heads on the old ones to avoid buying replacements for a while. Note: the packaging on the newer purchase was exactly the same- seemed authentic as the others.
But noo. The one from HDV is different, the twist on cap/drip tip is flat, not scooped like the other two. Because of it, the center post sits at a different level, and the heads are slightly different sized (can't remember which was higher or smaller- by the eye, they look close to same size).. but enough of a size difference that the drip-tip-cap won't screw on with the new heads onto the older units (older meaning two months ago). So which is it? Is one a fake, both fakes? Did Vivi just make a design change (seems really odd that the new design isn't compatible..that would be dumb on their part it seems)..?
So.. I really want to know which site (or both?) sold me name brand and delivered me cheap knockoff(s). What's the verdict?
