I fell in love with the graphics...already had numerous HV devices. (Higher volt)..I WANTED it because of the look.....now, I own a big Chuck and I NEED it. Why? you might ask......
1. The Chuck at 3.7 Volts hits like or better than ALL of my other 5 Volt mods
2. The Chuck works EVERY time...ALL the time.....ON time....no cleaning sticky switches, no fussing with sandpaper on the connection, no hooking to a USB passthrough, no muss, no fuss....(wise to give a cleaning for sanitary reasons and good upkeep like changing oil in car, it still runs but will run longer with proper preventive maintenance)
3. The Chuck at 6 Volts will throw you to the ground....when batteries are fresh mine has read at 7.2 volts (according to my master electrician friend who brought a meter to my house and checked it out...I know nothing about amps, volts or other electricalisms)...that is the power behind a Chuck...compare a hyundai motor to a porche.....you can go faster, right? Well, you can get more vapor with a Chuck.
4. The Chuck is a bit heavier...due to being made of copper and not "airplane alum" or stainless or other configs...this has been touted as a negative, for me it is a positive. I feel the sturdiness of the Chuck prevents me from damaging it while it is in the "black hole" (my purse as my husband calls it), banging shopping carts, whacking gear shift of car or dropping off bed when I fall asleep with "Sir Charles" in hand.. All have happened and the Chuck just keeps on Chucking.
5. Now you WANT a Chuck.....after you get the Chuck, you will find you NEED a Chuck.:p
6. Jeff, the master God of Mods, has superior service and puts his full attention to every detail of your Chuck and is kind, warm and very funny and he interacts with we Chuckleheads and "knows" us for who we are and our personalities and therefore can produce a Chuck with our requests in conjunction with his vision of what we like and want.
That is my view and I am sticking to it (and not sticking to the other switches..LOL)

Hope this helps....Join the family...you are welcomed with open Chucks to the Chuckternity ward at the Saturday thread...where all expectant Chuckers wait and whine for their new babies...

I feel that you should have one.

DUHH!!! I responded to this post, thinking that you were saying that you should only need one. I was flipping back thru this thread looking for something else, and realized that you were responding to Mercy's post:

Sweet! How do you feel about comic book designs?

Color me stooopid.

I keep looking at them, but I can't decide what to put on it. I'm not that creative.
There are at least two threads on the Chucklehead forum that show some ideas.

Also look at the pr0n thread here and the examples on the Thagbuilt.com site to get some other ideas. And if you see something that someone else already has that 'grabs' you or you think 'I'd love that one except I'd want..', that's ok, too. I ordered an aquamarine one with a filigree pattern that some one else had designed, but I wanted the pattern in silver instead of gold - puffing Atomic Fire Ball on it at 6volts now!
