ok I'm totally aggravated.Where do you contact 2 get response from TW?

Not knowing/understanding the time difference from US to UK ( for the anniversary sale).. I placed my order a little too early... I have sent PM's email and tried phone to try to tell them of my mistake and get a refund to reorder... No response.. Anyone have any suggestions?..Thanks
