OK, got my order from Cognot today. And a couple of questions. Do they precharge the bat? Stuck the manual into the charger and turned green in about 2 or 3 minutes.
Now I didn't get any empty carts, but it looks like some are plugged into the atty's. Just need filler? The teabag mod I say work?

Often the batteries come charged.
If they are green in a couple of minutes then move on to vaping.

Atty's always come with a "protective" empty cart. You can use them. Either fill them yourself or leave them empty if for dripping.
