Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, and new to vaping. I've been lurking for about a week now while I'm learning and getting into this. I got my PV 5 days ago, and have not touched an analog since! I went from 2 1/2 to 3 packs a day of "little cigars", which are quite strong, to a V2 with red carto's at 18mg of nic. I love this! I couldn't wait for it to get in, so I had already ordered a couple other flavors and some juice before I even got started. So far I love the other flavors and refilling my carto's too! I've always been a gadget freak, so I can't wait to start trying out some mods with different batteries, tanks, carto's, etc. from some of the companies I've been reading about on here. I look forward to swapping info and gaining knowledge on the boards. Thanks!

Josh

Welcome to the ECF!

Hmm, a budding mod enthusiast I see. Plenty here for you to vape, build, tinker with, improve upon, trade, buy, mix and sell. I'm still constantly amazed at the stuff coming out every day in the vaping community.

Check out the threads "Pictures of your Set Up" and the mods and classifieds sections. Plenty of drool worthy mods out there to keep you busy.

I'm trying to restrain my purchasing. So far it's going ok. :) I got the starter kit with 2 batteries, chargers, and 10 carts. also got a case to keep everything in. My second order was for 5 carts each of two flavors, and a 25ml bottle of juice for refilling. I think that from here I'll try a larger battery, something in the 800 to 1000mah range. I plan to stick with the KR808D-1 threads, just because that's what I already have now. That way everything will still fit together, more or less. From what I've read about dripping, it doesn't appeal to me. But I will definitely be giving some XL cartos and some tanks a try. On the flavor side, I'll probably be ordering some sample packs to see what flavors I like. Not sure which company yet, but I've found plenty of good ones through this forum. The same goes for the hardware. I have nothing against V2. I had a great experience ordering, and the website was very helpful. However, I wish I had discovered this forum before I actually ordered. The only drawback to V2 has been price. I think they're fairly competetive with others in their market, i.e. someone who just wants an simple experience with a quiality e-cig and doesn't care about modding/refilling, but I have found numerous suppliers through the forums that are quite a bit cheaper.
