Sorry, cannot help you with your request, but here's one that is not cheap, and does not have WV, to look at it while you wait for better answers.
So far as I can see, it's silver, gold, regulated; pick any two. The sole exception seems to be the gold Provari and that one isn't VW and it is expensive.
It might be worth checking around your local area and see if any of the metal-working firms will do gold plating, and how much for. You could gold plate the lower battery tube and beauty ring of an itaste SVD or similar.

Oh no, not gold plating. All she cares about it that it's not just plain one color don't want real gold or silver. silver and gold color, and not just painted that color what she means is stainless or chrome, and brass. But that's another discussion all together. lol
Well you can't brass-plate. ;-) It may be that the closest you can get would be stainless steel and gold plate.
Or maybe you can find a chrome-plated brass mod and take some of the plating off, polish it and apply a laquer, but that could be more work.

what about a jwrap or some other mod wrap? Then she could get pretty much whatever device she wants, and have it look exactly how she wants it to.
How about getting a Jwrap to go on whatever VV/VW mod she has?

You could always get a gold colored vamo and a chrome one and mix and match the tubes/bottom cap.
