I got all my kanthal wire (30 and 32). Mesh wire is 400/400 SS mesh. Problem now is what size to cut the mesh? I've searched and looked but can't find a good measurement for the first cut of the mesh. I'm ready to get down and juicy with this rba. It's a chobra. (Cobra clone from china. )! I got a 24"/24" sheet if mesh. Just need some ideas if the size of the sheet to start with. I already got the tools to measure with. American or Metric doesn't matter to me. Just need a with and length for the mesh. A good guess will do fine for starters b

Here's a chart that gives sizes for various rbas. Good luck! Have fun! Be patient! :D

Thanks. That was really fast. I like the chart. This will be my first complete rebuild and gonna start on the nova's next. Thanks again. I'm looking at getting between 1.8-2.0 ohms. That much I think I can figure out.

38mm high x 50mm wide would be a good starting point.
