Don't toss ones you don't like. Sometimes they just need to sit around for a week or month. Or you might find just the right flavor to change it into something great! Label / date / keep recipe with it. Ethyl Maltol(spelling?) is also a bit of a flavor fix...kinda like MSG is to food LOL Sometimes a touch of that and it's all yummy =) Sometimes not LOL It's also used as a mild sweetener but not as much as sucralose.
