Ahh you are correct, it arrived as a .doc file via email this morning.
Short but to the point and of course it warns that if you want to produce your homemade juice for resale you need a permit from the ATF.
Also it does describe a way to extract nicotine from regular tobacco products to add to the mixture. I guess it was worth ten bucks though.
It describes how to make your exhaled vapor different colors also.

Is posting the contents of a document you bought forbidden here? ;) Just curious. I mean if someone wanted to be really super extra nice and save the rest of us some money. Like hypothetically.

Well I don't know about forbidden, unethical maybe. They're just trying to make a few bucks. Like Kate said, everything in that doc is available to read somewhere on this forum.
If ya can brew a pot of coffee, the old fashion way, ya could extract nicotine from a handful of loose tobacco. Just remember that it's the most deadly poison on the planet.
To add color to your vapor think food coloring in yer juice.
One tip was to NOT use vegatable glycol, only propylene glycol, or USP grade glycerine for visible vapor.

Has anyone tried their trick for coloured vapour? I thought it couldn't be done, it just colours everything except the vapour.

I'm not quite sure Kate, the author is very vague on the colored vapor.
I assume since they say " if not using tobacco essence ", so maybe instead of 10 drops of nicotine, use 10 drops of food color???
Here's their recipe :
1cc distilled water.
Just a pinch of cayenne pepper (for the kick)
10 drops nicotine
30 ml propylene glycol
use a clean 3cc syringe to measure my drops.
Put it all together in the bottle, shake it up, and you are ready to go.
Now to Get Fancy:
If not using tobacco essence---

Really want to decorate and get exciting?

Add food coloring to your mixture, yep

Now you can have all different colors of smoke.

I love to do this and watch the expression on

People’s faces.

Hmmm ... well I've only heard of one person trying food colouring in home brew and he said it coloured his mouth, teeth, ... everything except the vapour.

Ha...I can believe that Kate, I think that I would only suck some into my mouth then blow out without inhaling the food color vapor, to see if it even worked at all. But I won't. Maybe we can get Figurehead to try it, ya see the pictures of him blowing fire out of his mouth? He could get different colored fireballs.

Maybe this explains why colored fog won't work, from a theater web page....

Belief #2 -- Adding dye or food coloring to fog fluid will produce colored fog.

To understand why this is not true, consider this riddle when snow melts, where does the white go? Is snow white because it's had white paint added to it? Of course not! Snow appears white because the ice crystals reflect back all the light striking them, in most cases that light is the "white" light of the sun. Likewise, the droplets of glycol in a cloud of fog reflect back all the light striking them. The way to add color to a cloud of fog then is simply to change the color of light striking it. If the fog is only being lit with a red spotlight, red is the only color it can reflect back. Adding dye to your fog fluid will produce some interesting effects; however, ruining the fog machine and voiding the warranty will unfortunately be among them.

Durant, Ok
Harry, If you do try the colored vapor I'd be interested to know if it works. I'd try it but I simply don't have the time to mix my own, I wounder if it would work to add a drop of food coloring to one of the pre-filled cartridges? I'm not too worried about it coloring my teeth or anything, I bet brushing your teeth a few times would kick that color. Might be a fun thing to do for parties or something.
